Owen Robbins is a Clinical Psychologist and is the “conceptual and research design half” of Benchmark’s team. As president, Owen views his job through clients’ eyes. “Our clients expect us to help them be more successful. We support client success by designing studies, generating data and interpreting results that answer the questions clients asked.”
As the head of Benchmark’s team, Owen is uniquely qualified to help clients succeed. He has thirty-five years of experience in addressing the challenges of developing, managing and advancing individuals and groups engaged in corporate and entrepreneurial enterprises by strategically applying psychological knowledge and expertise.
In the past 15 years, Owen has focused his clinical experience and education to help Benchmark create a robust, scalable performance metrics system capable of reporting macro-level results aggregated across a company or an industry and flexible enough to drill down to the individual respondent. Comparison groups can be preprogrammed to match client’s organizational structure and decision-making hierarchy, as well as created on an ad-hoc basis to identify trends throughout the analysis.
How does this help clients succeed? Clients must be able to use the results. It is not enough to simply present the data. Data must be interpreted and presented in such a way that it makes immediate sense, answers the questions clients asked to begin with and generates action plans for accomplishing strategic goals.
Benchmark’s team created the software that writes, runs and manages all of our research including a full web based implementation of all measurement systems in Benchmark’s repertoire. Continuous enhancement of our proprietary systems allows Benchmark to meets client’s analytic needs by both reporting and interpreting the results.
