Connie Olsen is the “operations half” of Benchmark’s team. As Chief Operating Officer, Connie is responsible for managing “the business of the business”, overseeing all daily business operations.

During the set-up period at the start of any project, clients generate an enormous amount of information. Connie is the chief liaison with clients during this vital period, ensuring the smooth transition of client’s information into Benchmark’s system. Connie is responsible for project management, quality control and report generation.

Connie’s quality control focus makes her a key player in the evolution of Benchmark’s research and reporting software. In many ways, Connie is our system’s ultimate customer with regard to functionality.
